📦 When Will My Order Ship?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–5 business days of your order date.
Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for delivery by USPS (United States Postal Service).

During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s or Father’s Day, Christmas, etc.), processing and delivery may take slightly longer due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience!


🚚 Which Carrier Do You Use?
  • All orders are shipped via USPS
  • International shipments are handed off to your local postal carrier once they reach your country

 Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that estimated timeframes below are not guaranteed due to occasional carrier or customs delays:

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 4–10 business days
  • Western Europe: 5–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5–20 business days

 Didn’t Receive Your Order?

If your delivery is delayed or missing, please email us at support@letterknot.com.
Be sure to include your order number from your confirmation email or text message, and we’ll assist you in locating your package.


🌍 International Customs Fees & Taxes

For international orders, please note that:

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient
  • These charges may vary depending on your country's policy

🛡️ Shipping Insurance

We offer shipping insurance at checkout for added peace of mind. This optional coverage protects your package in case it is:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Damaged during transit

To submit a claim, please contact us at support@letterknot.com with your order details.

⚠️ If shipping insurance is not selected, Letter Knot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.

Note: Shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
