We typically process and ship all orders within 2–5 business days.

If you’ve selected Expedited Processing at checkout, your order will ship within 24–48 hours, depending on the time it was placed.

All items are shipped via USPS.

For international orders, your local postal carrier handles final delivery once the package arrives in your country.

All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based facility. Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 4–10 business days
  • Western Europe: 5–15 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 5–15 business days
  • Other Countries: 5–20 business days

Note: Delays may occur due to customs, local delivery conditions, or high shipping volumes.

For international orders, packages are labeled clearly to speed up customs processing. However:

We begin production quickly—contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to request a change or cancellation.

Email us at support@letterknot.com with your order number and reason for the change or cancellation. We'll let you know if updates can be made.

🛍️ Returns, Exchanges & Issues

We're so sorry! Contact our team right away with:

  1. A description of the issue
  2. A few clear photos of the item
  3. Your order number

We’ll send you a replacement promptly at no extra cost.

Please do not send anything back without receiving return instructions from our support team.

Yes—we offer a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, reach out to our team with:

  • Your reason for return
  • Your order ID

Our team will guide you through the return process.

Please note:

  • Personalized items may be subject to a small deduction as they cannot be restocked
  • Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable

We use a mix of real product photos and digital renderings to show exactly what your item will look like. Occasionally, small differences may occur during production.

If you think your item is defective or looks significantly different, take a few clear photos and send them to support@letterknot.com. We'll review and resolve the issue promptly.
