🕒 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unused)
  • In its original packaging
  • With tags attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to:

  1. Process a return for your original item
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To qualify, your item must still meet the return eligibility criteria (unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags, etc.).


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen the funds, please contact us at support@letterknot.com

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
